Steward for Leagues

Race control for your league.

Every driver in your league runs Steward. When two of them touch, both sides of the incident reach your stewards’ panel live, with telemetry from each car. Your stewards review, decide and publish the penalty, all in one place.

Steward for Leagues is in beta. We set up your league with you.

How it works

From the first contact to the published penalty.

Nothing changes in how your league races. Steward runs next to iRacing on every driver’s PC and does the reporting for them.

01

Create your league

We open your Stewards’ panel and link it to your iRacing League ID. Only sessions from your league reach it.

Drivers join

Each driver enters the league’s invite code in Steward and accepts sharing their data
with your stewards.

Race as usual

When two drivers touch, both
of their Steward apps report the contact. The panel pairs them into one incident.

Stewards decide

Your stewards see both sides, the telemetry and the AI analysis, then publish the decision with their name on it.

The stewards’ panel

Everything your stewards need, on one screen.

Built for a race in progress and for the review afterwards. It works in any browser, with a login for each steward.

Live incident feed

Every contact from the session appears as it happens, with its status:
waiting for the second report, under review, awaiting a decision, decided.

Both sides, one incident

Each car’s Steward sends its own report. The panel puts them side by side and runs a combined analysis with the fault share.

Both cars’ paths rebuilt from telemetry up to the contact,
placed on the track map so you see exactly where it happened.

Decide and publish

Pick the penalty, write the reasoning and publish. The decision is recorded with the steward’s name and time, and revisions keep the history.

Invite code

Drivers join with a code. You can change it, remove a driver or bring one back at any time.

Driver consent

Before joining, each driver sees what is shared and accepts it. Only your league’s stewards can see their data.

A suggestion, not a ruling

The AI analysis supports your stewards.
The decision is always theirs.

What you need

Ready in one race weekend.

  • A league on iRacing, with its League ID
  • Steward installed by every driver (Windows 10 or 11)
  • Races run as league sessions
  • Stewards only need a browser to use the panel

Hosted sessions outside a league are not supported yet.

FAQ

Questions from league admins

Does every driver need Steward?

Yes. Each side of an incident comes from that driver’s own Steward. If one of the cars is not running it, the incident still reaches the panel with one report, and your stewards can decide with what they have.

Is the AI verdict final?

No. It is a suggestion with its reasoning. Your stewards review the evidence and publish the decision, which can be revised later with the full history kept.

Does it affect official iRacing races?

No. Only sessions with your league’s iRacing League ID reach your panel. Each driver’s official races stay private.

What do stewards see about each driver?

The driver’s name and iRacing ID, car number, whether they are in the session, and the telemetry and analysis of incidents in league sessions. Drivers accept this before joining and can leave at any time.

How many stewards can use the panel?

As many as your league needs. Each one has their own login, and every decision shows who published it.

How do we start?
